Seaside Village is West Ocean City's newest housing development, located on Sinepuxent Bay just across the Route 50 Bridge from downtown Ocean City. The community features 118 townhomes and a private marina with 100 deeded boat slips.

Constructed in several phases from 2002-2015 by different national builders, unit layouts vary by construction phase. Nearby shopping and dining includes Tanger Outlets with dozens of stores and Flagship Cinema, plus Ocean City classics like The Dough Roller, Hooper's Crab House, and The Candy Kitchen. Two world-class marinas (Sunset and Fisherman's) are nearby, as are top seafood restaurants like Sunset Grille and Orange Crush House.
