Whispering Woods is a single-family home community composed of 79 residential lots in West Ocean City, MD. The streets wind around 8 acres of naturally-landscaped ponds. Set back from Route 611, the neighborhood is surrounded by mature woodland and is full of plant and wildlife. On a spring or summer day you can hear the beautiful sound of birds chirping. It is a safe and private place that is great for jogging, playing outside, and walking pets.
The Home Owners Association has a limited role and is responsible for maintaining the roads, removing snow, and landscaping all community ponds. Although there is no community pool, homeowners can choose to purchase a seasonal pool pass to the Mystic Harbour pool. Mystic Harbour amenities are located just one mile south on Route 611.
